The Old Railroad Inn Bed & Breakfast
The
Old Railroad Inn was built to accommodate
railroad employees back in 1888 when the
railroad came to small town of Jackson. At
that time, the roundhouse and turntable were
directly across from the Inn.
Four lovely
guest rooms, each named after a railroad
line, offer a nostalgic atmosphere with the
comforts of home. Enjoy a bit of history
with rooms furnished with antiques, wicker,
handmade quilts, robes, lace and embroidered
linens on queen-size beds.
Gently awaken to
the aroma of freshly-baked rolls, muffins,
and coffee brewing.
A full breakfast is served in the "dining
car".
Recommended by a
guest as their favorite bed and breakfast in
the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Sunday
edition, the Old Railroad Inn is a distinct
alternative to traditional accommodations.
Innkeepers, Joann and Don guarantee a stay
to please you!
